## 2. Services Provided

Ashley Stone Photography provides professional photography services based in Phoenix, Arizona, including but not limited to wedding photography, engagement sessions, boudoir photography, portraits, couples, families, and other photography services as offered. Service details, collections, and pricing are outlined throughout the website and may change without notice.

## 3. Booking & Payment Terms

**Booking:** A signed photography agreement and paid retainer are required to officially reserve your session or wedding date.

**Payment:** Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined within your signed agreement. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

**Retainers:** All retainers are non-refundable and secure the reserved date exclusively for the client.

**Rescheduling & Cancellations:** Requests to reschedule or cancel are subject to the terms outlined within the signed client agreement. Approved reschedules are based upon photographer availability. Retainers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated within the agreement.

## 4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, graphics, website content, and related materials created by Ashley Stone Photography remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ashley Stone Photography and are protected under United States copyright law.

Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their delivered images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, edited, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

## 5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible experience, clients agree to:

* Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
* Cooperate during the photography experience.
* Notify Ashley Stone Photography of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to image delivery, clients acknowledge that Ashley Stone Photography may display select images for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and promotional purposes.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

Ashley Stone Photography will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality photography services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or photography services.

In the event liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable photography services.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through this website or during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
